AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront), Google Maps API, Firebase, Razorpay and third-party services are billed separately — directly to client or passed through at cost. Estimated ₹30,000–₹60,000/month post-launch.

Scope Changes

Features added after Phase 1 kickoff will be scoped and quoted as change requests. Minor refinements within the defined scope (≤10% effort) are included at no extra cost during the sprint cycle.

Content & Translations

Domain, SSL, property listing content, marketing copy and human translation for regional languages are out of scope and billed separately. Framework & tooling for i18n is included in Phase 2.

30 days complimentary bug-fix support included post go-live for each phase. Ongoing maintenance retainer available at ₹1,20,000/month — includes monitoring, minor feature updates and OS-level compatibility patches.

Timeline Dependencies

Timelines assume client feedback within 48 hours of review requests, no major mid-sprint scope additions, and timely delivery of App Store / Play Store developer accounts, AWS credentials and KYC provider API keys.

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the issue date. All quoted fees are exclusive of GST at 18%, applicable on professional services. Rates are subject to revision after the validity period.
